UTLR852 began as an international event series based in Hong Kong with the purpose of creating an international breaking forum to connect with overseas bboys and bgirls and bring like minded individuals together in order to elevate Hong Kong’s breaking scene to an international competitive standard. Now, UTLR852 has expanded it’s operations; on top of organising competitions and workshops, UTLR852 also aims to promote the recognition, development and understanding of breaking as well as other elements of hip hop culture such as DJ-ing, MC-ing (rapping) and graffiti and provide professional athlete management to it's members.
