Sze Nga a.k.a. by the mononym of CNga is an active competitive bgirl in the Hong Kong scene and is currently a member of the Hong Kong Olympic Breaking Team. Most recently, she was a finalist for the Allies & Enemies Bgirl Guest Battle, Under The Lion’s Rock 2024 and reached Top 16 for at both Battle Connect and Break Mission Hong Kong Qualifier solidifying her place as one of the strongest bgirls to represent Hong Kong.

On top of breaking battles, CNga has also won multiple championships as a choreographer including: 舞動荃城舞蹈比賽 Choreography Competition and Shining of life – Choreography Competition in Hong Kong.

Despite having over 10 years of teaching experience, CNga continuously strives to expand her knowledge and experience of hip hop and breaking through teaching at a variety of institutes in Hong Kong including Po Leung Kuk Ho Yuk Ching College (保良局甲子何玉清中學), Kwai Chung Methodist College (葵涌循道中學), St. Mary’s Canossian College(嘉諾撒聖瑪利書院) and more.
